Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy:**
At Opal Essence we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients.
- **No Show**: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a fee of 50% will be charged to your account.
- **Late Cancellation**: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 30% fee.
